About
We are just ordinary people trying to use our God-given gifting and ability to make a difference wherever God sends us. That calling has taken us from pastoring for 14 years to moving half way around the world for a mission! We will never forget the day we stepped off the plane with three teenagers to start a new life in the Republic of Georgia. In 1999, our lives were challenged and blessed as we unpacked and began working to start a Bible school that would teach and train pastors for churches that had none. Shirley began working with the women, having great success in starting a women’s ministry program. Everything we did in that post-communist country was a first. Serving in Georgia for 8 years was a great blessing. We experienced the will of God in a very unique and miraculous way.
In 2006, we were privileged to work with Global University digitizing their library of 120 languages for the Global Reach website. In 2008, we were asked to do exactly what we had done in Georgia, only in 7 other countries! Yes, I said 7! Working as academic dean for CST in the West Indies and coastal South America. We are so excited about what God is doing in us and through us in this growing ministry. We love teaching and seeing God raise up pastors, teachers, and missionaries. We are all called to reproduce ourselves. This region of the world is in great need and we are blessed to be a part of God’s plan. That’s it! Oh, one more thing…those three teenagers, well they are all grown up. Kristin is married Bryan Thompson and they now have three beautiful daughters. Kristin has gone back to school, works part time and is very involved in ministry with Bryan. Jonathan married Clarissa and they have the sweetest baby boy, Jericho. They are involved in their church and thriving in their jobs. Jenni is not married, (but looking) and stays busy helping us with home chores and whatever else we do not have time for. She is such a blessing to us. God is using those kids for His purpose! We are missionaries! Don’t you love it?

Hey you two! Can’t believe I filed this address away in my hotmail and only found it today! DUH!
You both have been on my heart! I love seeing your news on Facebook.
God is good and he is blessing us in ways we never could have imagined. Daddy is here with us now, in a rehab facility. The Alzheimer’s is raging and his mind is terribly confused. So very sad, but God is still taking care of him!
Hope you are doing well….you are in my prayers!!! Hope to see you one of these days!!!
Love and prayers,
Susan
